Refund Policy

We’re happy to issue immediate full or partial refunds if you believe you have booked one of our services in error as long as we are notified of the error 7 days or more prior to the date you have booked your service(s) to be carried out.

Once your Befriending service(s) has been completed we are unable to offer any refunds. In the event of grievances, you must formally notify us (by phone or email) as soon as any issues arise so that we may address your concerns in the most effective manner possible. After we have investigated any grievances, it may be decided that you shall be offered a full or partial refund of your service fees or a complimentary future rebooking of your service(s) at our discretion.
