Testimonials

“Thank you for your service over the last few years. Gail [HaywardBefriending Staff] has been a very good friend to us. We will all miss her visits. Thank you again.”

“A very big thank you to all your staff that have supported Jonathan over the past 12 months. A special ‘thank you’ to Ben [HaywardBefriending Staff] whose calm, caring and dedicated manner has given Jonathan a far more mature and even confident attitude. He felt a real bond with Ben and for that we are especially grateful.

Jonathan so far has settled extremely well into his supported living lifestyle. We would have no hesitation in recommending HaywardBefriending to to others – a most professional team.”

“Lauren is very well cared for and is safe at all times – this is of paramount importance to us. Not only is Lauren supported but we feel very supported also.

I would have no hesitation in recommending HaywardBefriending – in fact I already did and that person has joined them too!”

“I would certainly recommend HaywardBefriending (and HaywardCare) to anyone. I trust them, they really care about Jack and try their best to improve his well being. Always trying to find new interests to engage Jack… and they always try to include him in group activities even when he’s not that cooperative.

Jack is our very special son, he’s happy, thriving and always wants to go back to his supported house after being home. So Hayward[Befriending] must be providing a caring, safe, happy and secure environment for him.”

“There was a significant risk that my brother would have to go into residential care when we first engaged HaywardBefriending. They helped us immensely by listening to our requirements and being creative and supportive in the ways in which they could help. Not only did my brother receive help around the home cleaning the house and cooking healthy meals, they ensured his personal well being and cleanliness was given the highest priority. They supported hospital, optometrist and dental appointments as well as his love of snooker and dancing.

The service enabled KT to remain independent and his life was enriched by the network of support groups and events with other adults with similar needs.

The most important point in the experience for KT and our family was trust; we had trust KT was getting not just personal support, but support with care at the foundation. This made a very difficult time for my brother and our family far less stressful and it was fantastic to see KT smile and live again.”
